Description

This recipe was inspired by the combination of strawberries peaches and cream as a dessert. The fruit flavours work really well together and the cashew nuts provide a neutral base for the milk.

The first thing you will notice is how easy it is to make delicious healthy flavoured nut milks at home using your cold press juicer.  You don’t need any extra accessories, it is made using the standard juice strainer that comes with the juicer.

A healthy alternative to store-bought flavoured milk.

First, make the cashew nut milks.

Start with the cap closed when making nut milks. Add a handful of cashews to the juicer followed by a 1/4 of the water. Continue alternating between cashew nuts and water until all the water has been added.

Open the cap to release the nut milks before juicing the fruits.

Add the strawberries next. You can add them all at the same time.

Juice the peaches last adding a few pieces at a time letting the juicer press through each time before adding more.

Tip: use peaches that are firm because they will press better through he juicer

AUTO10: make the milk first, put strawberries on the bottom and peaches on the top
