Spinach 80 g, Banana 150 g, Apple 100 g, Orange 170 g, Ginger 15 g

- 1. Slice the spinach and apple into proper sizes.
- 2. Peel the banana, orange, and ginger and slice into proper sizes.
- 3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
